Question about SNCF chime for Superheterodyne or anyone else

Hi superheterodyne,

Since you appear to be very very well informed concerned the SNCF I have a question for you. I have been looking for the SNCF chime that is played before every announcement at the train stations. I am interested in an mp3 or ringtone for cell phone. Do you know if such a thing exists?

Also, I wanted to say welcome to TA since you joined fairly recently. Your contributions have been most welcome.

Thanks!

Morgan

You can find the mp3s on this page:

…free.fr/checklist/index.php…

Thanks for the welcome !

groovy......... I like that. Straight into the bookmarks

I find it more cheesy than groovy ! some stations still play the old one, though.

I looooooved the old ADP chime, that Roissy one !

Thank you Thank you! I was talking about the old one actually. I had forgotten they had changed it! Now I have it as my ring tone and I suppose that makes me terribly geeky. :)

I dont suppose you know where to get the ADP one? I love that too.

The new ADP %26quot;identité sonore%26quot; can be found at query.adp.fr/identite/… or http://tinyurl.com/le68s

They have the sounds even available for download to your phone!

I don%26#39;t remember the older sound, but maybe this is what you%26#39;re looking for: http://tinyurl.com/j8rnw

Sound files for phones are usually called %26quot;sonnerie(s)%26quot; - I%26#39;m sure that a search with google (%26quot;sonnerie aeroport%26quot; or something like that) turns up more sound files.
