There have been a couple of posts on various threads in the last few weeks about people who%26#39;ve gone into an FNAC store to buy the Paris Museum Pass and who were told it wasn%26#39;t being sold there.
So, when I noticed this morning that FNAC has been removed from the official PMP (InterMusee) website (www.parismuseumpass.com), I thought I%26#39;d give a shout out.
It looks as if FNAC stores have in fact gone the way of the Metro, and now the only official places to purchase the passes are at participating Museums and Monuments, the Office(s) de Tourisme, an the Espace de Tourisme on rue de Rivoli.

Your best bet is to buy it at a museum/monument where there usually is not a long line. For instance, the Cluny.
I have also seen it on sale in some of the better hotels.
And, last summer, at the Air France desk in JFK airport in New York, they had a booth where they were selling them.
