Hi Guys,
I planning a visit to Paris with my two older teenage children, Having seen Paris myself well over a decade ago I have deceide to take with me so I can see it once again, Seen some flight deals but the Flights arrive at Beauvais Airport, which is quite a distant from central Paris. i have still to book my hotel, Can anyone suggest a good 3 Star not too pricey (£%26#39;s) with easy daily acess to the Metro. I know Beauvais airport is 50 miles from Paris, Once I can find an ideal hotle I plan to book my flight. - By the way nothing to noisy - quiet area would be better!
Thanks
Leven

Try hotel antin trinite on Rue de Provence - 2 min walk from opera metro station which has loads of good connections . Its a 2 star but a good one . Look it up on the TA hotel reviews - best deals are through Cresta or Paris travel service as you get free night offers . A bit more upmarket - but imo not worth the extra is the 3 star best western Fleche d%26#39;or - same sort of area and details available as before .
If you flew into CDG transport into Paris would be so much easier - and frequent - the airport shuttle bus drops you off at the opera

Hi Solicitor, thanks for your help!

Yea the CDG airport would be fair easier, i%26#39;ve jus come back from paris last week. From the airport i caught the train and then the metro. I can recommend the Hotel Grenelle, its literally over the road from a metro station which is extreamly handy and only a 5 minute walk to the eiffle tower. Its then a further few minutes to the river, where u could buy a ticket for the batobus which could be another form of transport as oppose to the metro, as u can jump on and off it, plus get to see all the sights at the same time!
The hotel is within easy reach of various places to eat, and down the road from the Haggen Daz shop! Yum!! Considering how close to the tower it was i was suprised how quiet it was!
