I found a fare that was $210 cheaper on Airfare.com than on the same flights on AA. What is the catch. No assigned seating?

The trick is they show the price without taxes, etc.A flight from orlando to london shows $474.00,but with taxes it adds up to $750.00.Be careful.

The fare was $210 cheap including tax.

Then go ahead and book it.

I booked a flight from airfare.com for a September trip at $655 when AA quoted $880 for the same flights....go for it!

Were you able to get preassigned seats?

No catch. I booked Airfare . com a few weeks ago for $250 less than Delta was showing. Then I called Delta to get my seats changed because I didn%26#39;t like the ones Airfare.com gave me. They are a consolidator, they sell a certain number seats for the airlines at a lower price.

They were also much cheaper than AA for the same flight to London/Paris,but i tried to get tickets to the Caribbean and they were more expensive,so i guess it makes a difference where you are flying to.

Yes, I was able to go into %26quot;my reservations%26quot; on AA%26#39;s website and select seats after the tickets were confirmed.

I just checked that website and found the prices from LA to be $200.00 higher than Expedia%26#39;s.
