Hmmm, do they have to be together?

Mini-golf shouldn%26#39;t be too hard to find (though not that many options I%26#39;d imagine) but a swimable lake? I think you may be getting the %26quot;Never asked before%26quot; question of the year award :)

I%26#39;ll see what I can find !

I know one swimmable lake, but it is a bit far from Paris.

It is located in Cergy Pontoise, on a %26quot;Base de Loisirs%26quot; called %26quot;Les étangs de Cergy Neuville%26quot;.

I think there is another one in %26quot;Base de Loisirs de Saint Quentin (20 km west of Paris.

Thank you so much everyone!!! You have all been very helpfull! I will check some of the places out and then write here and tell you what I think=)

Its no worry if its not close close, we have a car, so to travel an hpour or so is no problem!

Again thanks allot!

This is the official web site for the Ile de France regional council, that manages all these %26quot;bases de loisirs%26quot;. You%26#39;ll see that some of them have web sites. Be warned though: they are very crowded in week-ends, and they are patronised by the youngsters of the suburbs they are located in...

If you have a car, why not drive to Deauville ? It%26#39;s a 2hr - 2hr30 drive from Paris, it%26quot;s the sea, and its pleasant (and there are plenty of golfcourts!)

Driving to the %26quot;bases de loisirs%26quot; will involve some 3/4 hr from Paris, and will have you wandering into %26quot;les villes nouvelles%26quot;, which are rarely architectural marvels.

|||

Mind you, the train takes you to Deauville (in summer): it%26#39;s 1h45, much better and cheaper than the car. Booking is advisable.

|||

More comfortable and less polluting certainly, but if there are more than two people travelling, the car is less expensive (toll 9.40€ one way).

|||

The train is 26,70€ one way (full fare), that%26#39;s 21€ with Découverte 12-25 discount.
