I%26#39;ve read a lot of posts here and have found many website addresses for apartments in Paris. This site seems to have the best prices by far, so far, in fact, that I%26#39;m wondering if it%26#39;s all legitimate and good.
Could someone who%26#39;s used them before please tell me what kind of experience they had? I%26#39;d really appreciate any help.

Hi curious, I have used vacationinparis.com at least three previous times and have booked through them again this year for a September visit. Yes, I have found their prices the best and the selection really good and,also, that they can be flexible when a change in plans necessitates. I highly recommend them. Good Luck!

We to have dealt with this company - we rented an apartment in Deauville, France for 4 days and here in Paris for 12 days - they are absolutely amazing - very helpful and good prices. The apartment in Paris is amazing - having an amazing time.

BEWARE--we just returned from a trip to Paris (and elsewhere, too) and rented an apartment from vacationinparis.com. The key sent did not work for us. It was a 45-minute nightmare. We could not reach the manager. Called the New Jersey office. They couldn not reach the manager either. We finally found two people downstairs who spoke some English and they were able to help us. They key almost broke off in the lock it was so difficult to use. It was after 9:00 at night. First time to Paris and we do not speak French. Two kids, grandma, my husband and myself--all totally exhausted from the overnight flight. Very rough beginning. Other keys inside the place worked fine. The manager and the office have been less than gracious about this situation. I had to use my cell phone to make the calls given the urgent situation we found ourselves in and they are not offereing to reimburse me.
MAKE SURE THERE IS A LOCAL CONTACT PERSON AVAILABLE AT THE TIME YOU ARRIVE.
I will rent again, but NOT from vacationinparis.com. I will also make certain that there is someone LOCAL readily available at check in should any problems arise.

We%26#39;ve used them twice and plan to use them again. No problems whatsoever, and they are a US co so you pay in US currency not Euros.
They always anwsered my questions via E-mail.

i have used them once and found them great ! we are preparing to go again, so i am looking at various posts and getting more info also...
so far, most of the repsonses have been very good about them...
what i liked;
they send you the keys to your home...
the money part is very clear and upfront... no worries!
they have FREE calls in some apts to the USA they tell me, compared to the Hilton or other Hotel prices, this seems incredible !
if anyone has any expereince with a particular apt, i would also like to know , as we now have to choose !... they all look great ..!
we are excited to go !!

I used them on my trip last year. Wonderful experience - I would definetly use them again. Apt was exactly as advertised, transaction was nice and easy.
The only thing challenging about renting an apartment (other than picking which one) is finding it. We did have a bit of trouble, but not too bad. Probably took us about 1/2 hr of wandering around to find the right street, and that was with a map and pretty good directions. Make sure you get directions from either the owner or the agent, and look it up on a good map before you leave home.
Other than that have fun. We found the apartment just perfect and really enjoyed having the kitchen even though we did not really cook anything. It was very conveneint for brkfst and for coffee and tea both at night and in the AM. Remember some of the apts will not be as plush as a hotel, and you have to buy things like kleenex and TP, but I found it more comfortable and you get a better sense of the city.

This time around we ended up going with VRBO simply because of availability (there%26#39;ll be quite a number of us this time) but I%26#39;m quite sure we%26#39;ll be back in Paris just the two of us soon enough and I saw many nice small apts on vacationinparis so your replies will be very useful for then. It%26#39;s nice to know they are a good company.
