looking for a sea front hotel

i m going to cannes for 2 nights and nice for 2 nights and i am looking for a sea front hotel with its own beach and in near the most important things in these 2 cities with a reasonable price

any thoughts?

A seaview along the most desirable Croisette is never going to be a %26quot;reasonable%26quot; price - the land is too valuable.

Apartments with seaview carry a 50% premium minimum over same without, and four star hotels are competing on the same basis, and in any event are generraly full of very wealthy or business travellers on expenses who don%26#39;t care what it costs because they are not paying personally

I figure it goes like this - you have the four %26quot;grande dames%26quot; - the Carlton, the Martinez, the Noga Hilton, and Majestic Barriere. They are all stylish in their own way, you pay extra for use of their private beaches. For two nights - why %26quot;economise%26quot;? Martinez is the most stylish, with its Plage Z definitely %26quot;lounge%26quot; meets beach.

If you want to economise, compromise.
