Yes, there are many options for tours without dinner. As for drinks, you can bring your own bottle on board or purchase them when you get there. We absolutely loved the Seine cruise so much we took three-one during the day and two evening cruises. You can book tours through companies like Paris Vision at your hotel (www.parisvision.com), or go directly to the boats and purchase tickets before boarding. You can find the tour boats down by the Eiffel Tower-I’m not sure of the exact location, but I’m sure someone on TA can supply that info. You may also want to do a search, as there have been many posts on this topic.

My suggestion is to go directly to Square du Vert-Galant at the tip of Ile De La Cite (right by the Pont Neuf). We discovered this location on our last night in Paris. The boat was less crowded, the cruise more enjoyable and the narration much more comprehensive (given by a travel %26amp; tourism student) than the tour company by the Eiffel Tower.

Enjoy!
