How far are these hotels from each other???

Could someone please tell me how far the Bleu Marine Monteparnasse and the St James and Albany Hotels are from each other?

And any directions plus best form of transportation to take would be helpful...

They are quite some distance apart. From the Bleu Marine, take line 13 metro from Gaite to Champs-Elysees-Clemenceau (direction Saint-Denis-Universite) then switch to line 1 (direction Chateau de Vincennes) and get off at Tuileries metro station, which is near the Clarion Saint-James %26amp; Albany. Should take approximately 20 minutes.

The Blue Marine Montparnasse is at 30-40 Rue du Commandant Mouchotte 75014 Paris (which is in the south)

The Clarion Saint-James %26amp; Albany Hotel is at 202, rue de Rivoli, Paris 75001 (which is very central).

Both hotels are at a distance of about 4-4.5 km from each other. To plan the trip, you can use the itinerary function of the RATP site at www.ratp.fr

Can someone tell me how far Bleu Marine is from say Eiffel Tower and if its easy to get to.

Expedia says its roughly 2miles away but im a bit worried now that JanToo has said the hotel is in the south, or is eiffel tower located south of paris?

It indicates 3.18 kilometers (indeed, roughly 2 miles) walking, at about 47 minutes.

Or metro line 6 to Bir Hakeim, then walk about 3 minutes.

Or bus # 28 to Ecole Militaire, then walk about 6 minutes (but you%26#39;ll be looking at the tower while you walk in the Champ de Mars)...

Sorry nutty, was those directions for bleu marine hotel to st james hotel or from bleu marine to eiffel tower?

By the way, in case you wonder, the address of the Eiffel tower is %26quot;Avenue Gustave Eiffel, 75007 Paris%26quot;.

oh, sorry about that.... I always check them before I post, but I guess the %26#39;program%26#39; will only work for a few minutes...?

anyway, I gave you the scoop - and it was related to walking from Bleu to the Eiffel. (47 minutes, 3.18km or bus 58 or metro 6)

Just a heads up--when we stayed at the St. James et Albany our room was very dirty.
