There is an excellent website (English version available too) called www.ratp.com where you can find your way. But what you can do is from the station Gare du Nord (EuroStar terminal) take the train called RER B, stop at the Station Port Royal, then take bus 91 direction Montparnasse. But again if you use the website that I have told you and enter as a starting point Gare du Nord and as a destination the address of the hotel, they will give the most optimal way/

I am not shure if you are looking for directions or just what to do when you get there? You can take a taxi. There is a line that forms outside of the station. It was not hard to find. We showed the driver the the address and off we went. There maybe a cheaper alternative. But this was certainly easy!

You can take bus 48 to the left bank right at the train station.
You may have to walk a little bit however as I am not familiar with all the stops. I would take a taxi.

bus lien 38 starts at Gare du Nord (where I suspect you arrive with the train) and all the way southwards through Paris. This will give you a free sightseeing also !
Get off at Place Denfert Rochereau and take a taxi from there, it is a quite short distance to your hotel.
Or the RER train line B to Denfert-Rochereau and do the same.
I do not recommend Port Royal, as there are no elevators.

ooooops- sorry, wrong link:
http://www.ratp.fr/ - choose %26quot;plan des lignes%26quot; in the left column.
Click on the %26quot;bus%26quot;-field, and then type 38 in the field: Afficher le plan de la ligne n°..........
Then you will get the bus line. You can also find all the metro lines and the RER-lines.
