Beer in Paris?

Am traveling next month with a friend who is a die-hard Budweiser drinker. Can anyone tell me if Budweiser is available in Paris?

Yes, but it is a different brew than the US one ; and it%26#39;s only found in supermarkets.

There is an American bar in Rue de la montagne St Genevieve in the 6th which sells it draught. Its next door to an Iranian restaurant(TRUE).

Budweiser the beer, or the American stuff that goes under the same name?

Yeah, that%26#39;s the point... Are we talking about Budweiser, originally from Budvar a city in the now called Czech Republic and avilable in many places in Paris, or American Bud?

There are too many better beers to drink in Europe,i am a bud drinker also, but like to try different beers that you can%26#39;t get in the bars here in the US.Tell your friend to loosen up a bit.

Absolutely ! Rigid adherance to habit is not something to pack when traveling. I remember when we went sailing in NewPort a while back, and my British DH said jokingly to our hosts, after being handed a Bud, %26quot;this water tastes a bit like beer%26quot;, and then in the course of the day , proceeded to drink 4 more ~ without any problem lol.

Soames, which one of the Bahamian islands are you from or living in?I used to do a dive trip 3-4 times a year to Bimini and all they had at the hotel was Kalik.

Trini ~ when I%26#39;m here I%26#39;m on New Providence.

Did you know that Bimini has suffered quite a few tragedies in the last year? A plane crash (Chalks) as well as a fire to a historic building.

(they%26#39;ll probably close the thread now ~ sorry to the OP)
